I have a server (mac mini) with an new user called _xcscbuildd and in logged state.
I think it's a system user but why does it appear in the list of logged user ?
It's probably x code service related.

There are a number of 'users' logging into your server normally, depending on your settings and what you want to be performed.
If you don't want to see this one, you can switch off (or de-select), the Xcode server notification email and push service if you are not using it in any case. The same goes for the Xsan, which you probably don't use as well. That is what I found, when I was looking for the 'mystery' user as well.
You can find them under Alerts ==> Delivery in the server app.
